Unable To Change Profiles

Hello

Some of my members including myself are unable to change our user profiles. When going into profile when logged on there are 4 white dots, 1 each for yes or no & 2 white dots with no written instructions.
I tried to mark yes with a mark in the dot & nothing happens. I have looked at my user deatails in the Admin Panel & all looks fine to me.

Any help would be most appreciated

have you check that members can edit their own profile ?

Nobody can adjust profile using the profile tab.
However the three of us who are admin can adjust members profiles using the admin panel. Has anyone a solution

Or would I need a copy of the old template code
