credit problem

i bought some credits last week and as soon as i went to buy a domain it said i dont have any credits...then i thought it takes time to come up on the system so i tried again the next day and it didnt work..i told mrmario about it but then he told me to tell typlo on monday and i did and i didnt get a respond.i contacted typlo again on wednesday and he didnt reply back.Why.

i bought my credits from my paypal account.
(i will not tell my paypal email id,but i can pm any mod if they need it)
and yes i did get charged and i bought $12 credits

i made my site with this email id: prowrestlingeverything@hotmail.com

I want my money back or a domain for my site.THATS IT
