I know that if you're an admin, you can go to the ACP and go to Colors > CSS to view the CSS of the forum.
However, there is a forum I am NOT an admin of.. can I still see the CSS?
Right clicking > View Source doesn't bring me the CSS.

i believe you cant and that would be illegal i guess,to steal private and hard work from a site.I think you need to work hard and maybe you will end up getting more better stuff on your site.If you need help with codes then ask us thats why help.forumotion.com exists

It's only viewable via the admin panel.

You can see Css of Any forum. by mean of View Source and Find the file have tail .css
