Pre-written text in a new topic

To explain: I help run a Warriors RPG. We have a board dedicated to the making of new characters.
Our members have to copy and paste a code so their bios make sense, though new members don't like going through this tedious process.
I'm wondering: is there any way to have the required text in the 'new topic' a member makes?

Hi,

No I don't believe this is possible, however, as an alternative, we can make some minor template edits (which are to be collapsible to reduce space) so it's only above the editor, but still requiring the copy/pasting
Ofcause, this would only be possible on PunBB & PHPBB2.
