Image not visible

Hi sometimes when someone has put a picture on my forum I can see it but no one else can.
where I can see the image everyone else see's [Only admins are allowed to see this image]

You need to change the settings of the forum then in your control panel

Go to the admin panel - General Tab - Categories and Forums
Click the permissions button on the right of the forum (you may need to change it on every forum - or at least check each forum is set correctly)



Change the bit I have marked, to either ALL or MEMBERS, save.
