How do I take this off?

This is a stupid question, but I forgot how to do this.

How do you take out who moderates a forum in the forum description?

Picture related as to what I'm talking about.



Where it says, "Moderators: Administrators, Moderators" How do I take that off?

Please help me out.

EDIT: Another quick question, how do I take the "Free Forum:" thing off of the title of my forum? You know, it shows on the tab bar.
