Grammar Errors - Page 4 Empty Grammar Errors

Post by MrMario May 29th 2011, 7:47 pm

First topic message reminder :

Hello,

Do you see a grammar error or miss spelling? Post the original piece along with the correct version.

To ensure that its being looked at and to help locate this issue, please provide a screenshot and the location.

Example:

Admin Panel >> General >> Configuration

As of right now, this topic will only support English languages. Once we have more translators, the language will be added to the list. Not all translations will be updated right away as it will be reviewed before going public to ensure the updated version is correct.

Thanks for your help!

Something that drives me crazy that I finally think I should report it. On the Portal it says Portail and it should say Portal. It's not the Image. It's the words.

Administration Panel

Under General -> Forum -> Categories and forums -> Permissions

In advanced mode, there's a category where it says "Join File".

It's not a grammar error, but it's very wierd.

It can be changed to "Create Attachment" or anything easier to understand. Smile

Greek Translation Mistaken:

When you log in to the AP the tab text (near the favicon) it says: "Καλός ήρθατε στον Πίνακα Διαχείρηση"

["Καλός ήρθατε στον Πίνακα Διαχείρηση" this is mistaken !]

It has to be written like that "Καλώς ήρθατε στον Πίνακα Διαχείρηση"

Please note that only English translations are being done and that there is a low chance of other languages being fixed due to a limited amount of translators.

Found a spelling error in the BB code FAQ.

Here's a screenshot:

Grammar Errors - Page 4 Screen19

Lign should be line. It is misspelled twice in these instances:

Insert a lign

If you wish to aerate your message by inserting ligns

Also, shouldn't aerate be seperate? Would make a LOT more sense.

You may post a thread regarding your problem in another forum, if you don't find a place to post your problem in post it in the Other Problems forum, I may help out, you must create a group and have specific members be a part of the group then set the correct permissions, post your questions in threads and I will help out, this is not the place for questions but this threads is for other reasons.
