"Download" sign above threads

Hi,
I am not sure where to post it but I think I found the right forum,

a poster reported seeing a big DOWNLOAD button sign
at the top of the Topics list, suspicious looking,
what it is and can we get rid of it? should we get rid of it?

It's an annoying ad. It occurs even if you limit image ads. Tell your guests not to click the button, it's probably spyware.

ummm... I am not that computer savvy, yikes!.

But I think the reply # 2 is right on the spot.
I already did just that, thanks - instructed not to click on it,

and hopefully it will go away as soon as it came on it's own.
