Someone has copied my forum almost exactly

Ok someone has copied my forums layout almost exactly and I am wondering if there is anything I can do. My forum is a paid domain with forumotion and the other site is a free forumotion site. It makes me mad that all of the hard work I put into my site and someone just copies it. My site is: Helljumper.net and their site is: 81st-brigade.forumotion.com any help is appreciated.

Just did, i'm going to see what they say. What actions can I take if they do not change anything?

DO you have a copyright on the site.. if you dont anyone can take it... and you cant do a thing about it. so do you have one...
