Forum doesn't appear on internet??? Empty Forum doesn't appear on internet???

I had another 2 forums,they doesn't appeared on internet and had no user.Now I hope it doesn't happen too,but I still want to know what's going on?

Have you tried advertising your forum(s) in appropriate places?
I agree with slg, sign-up with some search engines too.
