Add A Calender Note!

How can i add a event to my forum calender?So that it can be shown on the index...

Go to your Admin Panel/ under modules

On the left there is
Portal & Calendar there hit calendar
in my calendar setting I have this

Activate the topic calendar
Yes

Set the first day of the week
Sunday

Title length showed in the boxes of the calendar
20
Text lenght showed in the description box
200
Show the name of the forum under the title of the subject, in the agenda
Yes

Select the forum associated with your events.

Thanx this was already been done...but when adding an event its not showing on the Index only in the topic that uve chosen.I would like to show it on the index along with Bdays...is that possible?
