How to remove these stuffs

1. i want the "View posts since last visit" to be in the nav bar.



2. i want them to remove.

OMG! why there is no "Save"? i cant save any changes when i delete all of that..

You need to publish your templates by clicking on the green cross.

all are done. except "View posts since last visit" still cant remove

last more thing, i have my own domain and i configured it correctly to use it in forumotion but it redirects it Forumotion. can you help me out of here?
