Solved Unable to vote in poll

I've been told by a few members that thhe cannot vote in a Poll I have placed in one of my threads! Why would that happen?

They said they didn't remember voting before and therefore doesn't know why they cannot vote now.

Any explanations?

Hi, make sure that they have the permission to vote. Check your forum permissions by going to:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. General Tab
3. Categories and forums (on the left, under Forum)
4. Click on the permissions sign on the respective forum (Unable to vote in poll Perms) - advanced mode
5. Make sure that 'Vote' is checked for 'Members'

Did you enter a day when the poll will be closed? If you did, then it could be passed that date.
