Solved Moderator line - how to fix this?

Post by ejacobus June 18th 2011, 1:12 pm

Each moderator is set with a different color but when you look at the forum wall most show at the end as white and with underlines. How can I remove the underlines and have them show in same style as others on the forum wall? (with their own individual colors?)

The ones in white are mod names

I fixed the underline problem but the last 4 mods won't show the colors there, however their color does show in a thread so I know the color part works.

  • Go ACP>>

Do that for each member and make sure there in the groups in your Legend's if the groups are hid then the names will not be in color

please can i have a screen shot of the
Group Administration and one other thing you could look at is each member will be in the list like i have
make sure there settings are set to hidden and then save each one then see if that works
i found that i set each mod in there one time and found it mixed things up
Then go to

  • Search users and search each Mod and click the X/tick and add them as mods in that part

I have each person set up as individual

Would it be better to have a mod group with no color and add them all to that then individual group for ea w/ no mod rights and set the color in those groups?

Are you wanting them to have a different colour each or the same colour for each?

If it is the first choice, then please use add this to your CSS code:

Code:
a[href="/u#"] {
    font-color: #COLOUR;
}

Replace the # sign with the ID number of the individuals in question and replace COLOUR with your hex colour code. Wink

You will need to add this for more than one person. For example,

Code:
a[href="/u1"] {
    font-color: #FFFFFF;
}

...the above would give the founder a white username.

By the way, go into display > colours and make sure the 'visited links' isnt white. Because if 'visited links' is set to white, when you visit their profile you will then see their name in white because it is then a visited link.
