The Point Management System is for buy Domain Point. If you buy the Domain point , you can you your own forum's name. Example:
Before you buy the point management:
https://help.forumotion.com

After you buy the Domain Points:
http://www.*ur forumname*.com or you can rename it http:///www.forumotion.com

Well I don't know for sure but here is where you can check and see, go to admin panel=>misc=>points management=>configuration There you will see a points available box, click on buy points to see payment methods and more details.
