Photoshop Question - Rank Images

I am producing rank images for my HOSA chapter, but I am unsure on how to use Photoshop to edit the images.

I do not intend to use them on the forum. I just need them as images.

Unfortunately when I try editing in Photoshop, I came upon three problems.

1) I did not know what text the original author use.
2) The area which I replace the original text had serious color issues.
3) The overlay of the image distort the text.

The text I am trying to replace is:

Admin --> President (Keep Color Red)
Global Mod --> Vice President (Change to Color Orange)
Moderator --> Treasurer (Change to Color Green)
GFX Designer --> Secretary (Keep Color Blue)
Member --> Reporter/Historian (Change to Yellow)
Banned --> Parliamentarian (Keep Color Gray)
