Need some help with my post layout

Hey, so, i'm kind-of rebuilding a runescape forum and i was wondering if anyone could help me once again.


my forum is PhBB 2

I need help with ;


Making it so that whenever a admin posts his post's background is more yellow like real rs than normal members, with forum moderators its the same except the color is green.

I also need help with the blue line that says : author ; message, its blue and i kinda edited it to another color but it didn't seem to work , anyone knows how to solve this? I want it in a brown-ish color.

I kinda want it totally like that, so reading all the text i wrote isn't really important, i just need the things on the picture of the post of Mod Mark.
