Help required : I want to integrate Typing Javascript for Input text area

Now that Forumotion has given us an opportunity to upload javascript to our pages, it has created a whole new world of innovation.
Here is the idea that has been in my head for quite some time.
The input box (the place where we write stuff to post replies/messages) is a good one for English typing.
And there is a nifty piece of open source JavaScript that allows us to write in our native language in a text area.(the input box is a text area too, as I inspected)

I want to integrate both of them to allow the members of my forum to write in our Native language.

It shows what the script is capable of at present for a simple html textbox.

And I want to implement this script in forum's text box.

I am not suggesting this.
I am merely asking for help to use the script from the link provided in the top post in the currently existing text area available in the post reply box of a specific forum. Now, that explains the help portion of the title, right?
