Hi there.

A friend is having trouble posting on a FM site, Can anyone help? Below are a couple of the problems.

'Can't make long posts and can't begin threads. The pattern seems to be that if posts are too long, they don't land, and can't begin threads at all'.

The character limit for messages is 65,000 characters (Including spaces). So, if it's above that, you can't post a thread.

Hi,

Can you ask them if they are prompted with an error message, and if they are, what it is?
If there isn't an error message, can the member inform us of his/her actions at that time, for example, view topic, reply via quick or extended editor, preview, post - bounced back - other error ect?

Here is what they get when trying to post, although they can now start a topic/thread, whereas they couldn't before:

"ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved
