I cant find the option where we can choose to show ads to guest or member

That option is no longer offered. You have to use credits to remove ads.

Only forums created before October 2010 will have the option to set it for guests. The only method of disabling ads for you is to purchase credits as slg said. Here's a topic about credits management: https://help.forumotion.com/t1219-credits-management
