Emoticons / Smileys not working on our forum ?

a couple of our members have said they are unable to add Simleys to their posts?
Have just checked myself and can confirm this is correct, this has only happened today is there a problem?

It was a temporary problem that has now been fixed. There was an Only Topic only five minutes ago.
