I have -1600 Credits

After buying a domain name for my site I realised that I accidentally clicked it twice and I now have -1600 credits. Could it be reset back to zero?

I had 0 credits earlier. Then I added 1600 credits. The next part is where I bought the domain but double clicked it, putting me down to -1600 credits.

My paypal is fine. The correct amount of money (£11.69) has been paid.

When will this issue be fixed?

It looks like you've been charged twice for the same thing

But I think you shouldn't worry about it as long as no extra money has been charged and the domain works fine

but I want to add more credits. If I add for example 400 credits the total will then be -1200. I would have to pay another £11.69 to get to 0 which I wont be doing.

You might need an admin for this problem. Maybe you could PM a moderator that would forward to an administrator?

Can you check in paypal, are you charged twice?

I had the same thing, when i booked my domain name. But, it goes away in a few days.

This has been a few weeks.

I really do not understand why I have to be questioned like this? Can you not just fix it? I've seen that happen before!
