Email invalid? Empty Email invalid?

So i am putting in my email address to change my email (i have allow setting on) and it keeps saying its an invalid email address... the email is not invalid though, i use it daily.... any thoughts?

If its not yahoo gmail or hotmail, it can cause problems.
