If you remove NEW TOPIC button, it'll be removed from the whole froum. Are you sure that you want that?

I have two NEW TOPIC buttons as you see mate, one above for Global Annoncements and another one for forum TOPICS, I want remove the first one and keep the second, tell me how to do so please, and doesn't affect on my posts?!
