keep getting an error when trying to transfer a domain

im trying to transfer a domain to forumotion so i followed these steps

but when i do the last step i get an error message saying


Error

The supplied domain name is not well configured
You have no CNAME redirecting to : masvc.forumotion.com
You have configured a A type DNS ( A type redirects to an IP address, and not to a textual domain name like the CNAME )


please help asap
