I founded like tweet +1 button that is for whole forum, is thare chance to make it for specified part of forum cuz I have a News on my portal so I wanted that people can share that news .. Is thare any way to do that, and can I change picitures of the new Tweet , like, +1 bar?

You can't. If you want to change the images or whatever, just make your own widget of what you want.
