Bolding usernames
Hi,
I know how to colorize usernames, but how is it possible to bold usernames that appear in the Latest Topics, Statistics, and Who Is Online widgets?
Btw, my version is PHPBB3

Re: Bolding usernames
Hi, if a username is bold then they should appear as bold in all those areas that you've mentioned. Take a look at the support forum, for example, there is a latest topics widget and all staff names are bold.
Re: Bolding usernames
My problem is, it's not bold to start with haha. Those areas are not bold. Is there a way to make the usernames bold using CSS?

Re: Bolding usernames
What do you mean by it's not bold to start with? If usernames are bold / coloured then they will be bold / coloured in those areas as well.
Re: Bolding usernames
Hahah, I'm confused. They're not bold. The only bold and colored username is the Admin's (me) and everyone else's is not bold. I want to bold every member's username but I don't know how to do that. I did try to colorize the usernames but it did not make the usernames bold.

Usernames on my forum are bold. I did not have to change anything.

Oh, I get it now... can I have a link to your forum please?
@ slg : I think it can be different for different forum versions.

Re: Bolding usernames
Thank you. Your usernames aren't bold because you're running on phpBB 2. I can make them bold for you, but then that would also make all the links bold. Would you like that?
Re: Bolding usernames
I'm running on PHPBB3. I'm not sure where you got the fact that mine's PHPBB2.

Re: Bolding usernames
Really? Check it out at:
1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. Display Tab
3. Choose a theme (on the left, under Skins)
4. Version Tab
Tell me what it is just to confirm.

Re: Bolding usernames
If you want bold usernames then please add this to your CSS code:
However, that will then make all the links bold as well. An alternative way of bolding usernames would be to create an auto-subscribe group with a 0 post requirement so that all new users are placed into it.
