Post headers?

Is there any way for a user to have their own custom header and change it, just like the footer?

Every post has a header, the body and a footer.

This is the post body, where I am posting now. On forumotion, you have the option for users to change the post footer (below the post), however, there is no option(That I can see) to change the post header.

Is there a way to do this? I want each user to have their own custom header, to implement a "layout" system.

Basically, I mean the start of your post, just before the message content.
I don't mean the top of your post, just a small peice of information just before the post.

I just want a type of Signature that is above your post rather than below it. Look at the example below:

I want some feature so you can define what goes before your actual post content.
Like a signature, you can't 'see' the signature, but it is added to the bottom of your post.
What I want is something added to the top of your post, like a signature, but on the top of post
instead of bottom.

I don't mean the section with the new topic. Think the signature. It's not a section below, but it's a block of text just added below the post content. The post header should be exactly like this, but it should be above the post instead of below it. The post header would just be a block of text or HTML, like a footer, but it will be above the post, like the signature is below the post.
