sorting topic by date

sorting topic by date Empty sorting topic by date

When posting a new topic, the latest topic will be placed on the uppermost part so that it can be easily seen, i noticed that when someone will reply to a previous topic it will overlay the latest topic instead,.. so how can i solve this problem that the latest topic will not be overlapped by an Old topic with a new post..
