how to make a forum that only a specific group can view?

I'm trying to make a forum that only a specific group that I've created can view.
I've made a group called Donators, and I want it to be the only group that can view the part of the forum.
When I go onto the permissions it only shows "Administrators, Moderators, and Members".

General>Categories and Forums
Click on that Forum name.

Permissions tab.
Then do not give permissions for other groups to see it & only make it so that the Donator group can see.

The Donator group doesn't appear on the list to choose.

Create a group then.
Users & groups>Group administration
Create a new group there.
