How to hide Profile in Main Link

How can i hide the profile in main link such as shown here?

Admin panel>user groups>Special Rights

you can select it for member, guest,mod or admin.

So if you had it set to Moderators, then only mods and admins would see it.

Or to completely remove it, you would want to set the nav bar options as show only images, then remove the profile image from your pic's management.
