Regarding the domains

I want to get the following domain for my forum.. but I get this.
Regarding the domains Dfd998d2656ba15b384c70c80541ff45

Note that it says forum.redemptionrp.com
And not, forum.com

I'd also like to know if it's possible to get my forum files? Never know if I update to vBul..

Its either your domain your are buying is not available. Forumotion have no idea how change it to other forum host.

You don't get my point...
I want my new domain name to be 'forum.redemptionrp.com' and not 'forum.com'.. but forumotions 'bug' turns my request into a 'forums.com' for some reason.

well something is wrong with that.
because for one the domain he is putting in to see if it's avliable is not even showing up. and everyone one of the .com .net.bizs or etc is coming up as taken.

So something is wrong.. i will have to forward this to mario or pro-admin to look at.. i will also text on my test forum to see if this happens to me.

Unless do you have a domain already? not sure if that would have anything to do with it but do you have one now for the forum?

no what.. i dunno man i explained what i could on live support and posted all i can do here for the problem at this point, if you like i can bring this to the attention of a pro-admin or mario to check out to see what the problem is.

I am sure they will sort it out if you want a domain

I did a few tests and it seems as if it doesn't accept the dot and anything after it, even for any other name like it. Anyways, the domain you want is already taken.
