Re: forum doesn't respect our Terms of service.
Hi,
There is no way of finding out what is wrong with your forum at this moment. All you can do is reread the TOS https://www.forumotion.com/en/create-forum/terms-of-service.htm and make sure to delete all that violates it.
This can serve you as guidelines too.
The possible deletion reasons are as following :
* Violent or repulsive content
* Hateful or abusive content
* Defamatory content and / or affecting the integrity of a person
* Sexual and/or pornographic content
* Harmful and dangerous acts
* Copyright infringment
* Spam
* Phishing and/ or malware website
* Credit card fraud
* Hacking

I did not go through all of your forum, but what I saw there is a couple things that I believe you need to look at:
Software Cracks
Torrents
Software Cracks
Torrents

Please note that it is up to you, the forum owner, to remove the offending content not us. If you fail to do so within the time given, your forum will be banned.
Nera's post contains the link to the terms of service and also a rough guideline of the things you need to look out for.

Re: forum doesn't respect our Terms of service.
The abuse message will still be displayed until the day of inspection arrives (that's the day that it says in the message). If you have removed all the offending content by then then your forum should be fine.

Re: forum doesn't respect our Terms of service.
No, if your forum is banned then there is no way to access it. Furthermore you can't transfer data from one forum to another. If you don't want to lose anything then I suggest to work on deleting the offending content!

Re: forum doesn't respect our Terms of service.

Re: forum doesn't respect our Terms of service.
Just because your forum does not have access to normal members does not mean it's not breaking the terms of service. You must delete the topics. Read Nera's post and you'll see a list of what is considered offending content.
I also advise you to re-read our terms of service: https://www.forumotion.com/en/create-forum/terms-of-service.htm

sounds to me like you dont want to get rid of the post in violations and just willing to have the forum shut down.If it gets shut down then the domain goes with it, forumotion gift or not.So you would have to wait for it to be available again and it is possible someone else can get it first.

Re: forum doesn't respect our Terms of service.
All they will get is the domain name not your forum.

Hi,
It will be inspected when the message hits the 0.
If you cleaned your forum there is nothing really to worry about.

Re: forum doesn't respect our Terms of service.
Yes, we are not really in a position to investigate your forum and tell you what's wrong and what's not. That is up to your responsibility as the forum owner; if you've removed everything then your forum should be fine.
