Solved Can i use FTP?

Hi, I have a website on forumotion, can I FTP into it? If so what are the details to gain access? I have tried several ways but can not connect.

FTP access is not available on forumotion boards (or any other free-forum host).

To answer another possible question, you cannot use PHP on forumotion boards (or on any other free-forum host).

ok Thanks. But as far as no ftp allowed on any free forum boards, you are wrong there as i have another free hosting company with another website, that i can ftp into.
