Solved Stuck out of my forum NEED SERIOUS HELP

I have just started the forum and I was in the Admin Panel changing g the link for my forum then when I clicked the new one it came up at the Log in screen, I can't remember my password and I haven't made it able to send a new password yet so I can't get a new one.
