some of my member tried to register and in the email place, they put something like this:
name@hotmail.gr
why emails in .gr are not acceptable?

Is the address actually @hotmail.gr , or is it @hotmail.com.gr

the address is @hotmail.gr

the error message = invalid email address

I've been able to register on my test forum with the address @hotmail.com.gr , but not @hotmail.gr .

do you mean to enter this type in the list with the valid addresses? if this is what you mean, yes thats what i want.

Base, the reason I believe for this is the current script that validates emails requires a '.com' before any extension, '.gr', and the Greeks don't have a '.com' it goes straight to the extension '.gr', and that's the issue.

The '@hotmail.com.gr' is what currently works, however the address doesn't have the '.com' part.
