In progress Ads are blocking

Post by JazeonX September 4th 2011, 6:08 pm

Okay I just recently added a drop down navigation bar and it seems like this ads over here are blocking a lot of things in the profile option like the signatures , avatars , recent topic watched, Can't even click one of them because of the ads.
It also didn't only block the parts inside the profile option but also other button.

Why not remove them by buying credits?

Ads are there to keep Forumotion alive, therefore I don't encourage you to post stuff like that thanks.

If you want to remove them, you will need to buy credits to remove them as MrMario has stated. Please see this topic for more information on credits: https://help.forumotion.com/t1219-credits-management

It's fine, its not like it will harm Forumotion that much, then again it will only work for a few people since they don't all have the same browser.

So theirs no other options right? like moving ads on a specific location in the forum so that it would appear in that location only.

You need to add a z-index setting to your dropdown CSS. That will allow your dropdown to display on top of the ad.

Or alternately, use Adblock+ and add ||criteo.com^ and ||z5x.net^ as blocking rules.
