In progress Username is Unavailable?!?!?!?!

Ok, so my friend is trying to sign up to my site but he keeps getting this:

Username is Unavailable?!?!?!?! Captur11

ive double checked in user's and the profile does not exist i even tried creating it on my computer but it came up with the same thing, anyone know why?

Hi, try checking the Inactive Users list to see if there is an unactivated account with that name. Smile
