For the spoiler tag:
Spoiler:
How would I alter the "SPOILER:" so it asks a question or something like that? I'm constructing a help forum with example questions. It would be really helpful if the answer would appear only after they clicked on the spoiler question.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry but as far as I know you can't change the Spoiler tag title.
