problem with ranks

I know that it's for forumotions forums. But maybe someone can help me with forum on my own server and datebase. It almost the same. Phpbb2 version. And I have the problem with ranks. Then I create one, after that I click "edit" or "remove" it show me that I didn't select any rank and don't let me change or remove it. But old ranks work good. I can change and delete them.

In my language "Keisti" - "Change" and "Ištrinti" - "Delete"
And when I create new rank and trying to change or delete it, it's not let me to do.

What error do you get?

"Select rank"
