Solved Now Allowed to Change Certain Forum Permis?sions

Well, it's not an appearance thing but, I search and I think I am in the right place and I couldn't find any topics on this before.

Basically the problem I have is this (which I did not have before). For a lot of the forums, when I go to edit the permissions, some of them are greened out and it won't let me turn them on or off. Yet not only am I an administrator, I'm the ONLY administrator and the creator. It wasn't like this before until I just added this other new group (probation).

How can I get it fixed back to where I can change these?

If it helps, I'm using php3 or whatever it is.

I have provided a screen shot.

As you can see, I can't change the administrator options at all, that's not the problem.

Under "View Forum", "Read Topics", "Vote", every user group is not changeable for permission, it is set as on by default for all user groups, which I don't want. In certain forums, I don't want anyone OTHER than admins posting, but everyone able to read.

Never mind, I figured it out. I had to un-check where it said "Guest" and "Members" above the groups.
