Our members have been seeing this error on the ChatBox.

Is it still happening? Did you reinstall a new skin & check?

Yes we did and it is still happening. Is there any workaround with this?

Have you played around with the templates? Can you install a phpbb3 skin from hitskin.com please? Please show us the screenshot.

Please ask your members who see this error which browser they're using. This may be browser-related.
