Ads automatically appear on your forum after some time. However, if you're talking about adding your own ads then you will need to remove them first by purchasing credits and then add your own.

Banners and pictures can be added at:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. Display Tab
3. Pics management (on the left, under Pictures and Colors)
