limited number of people to join per day? Empty limited number of people to join per day?

i keep having people email me telling me that when they try to register it tells them that
The website said it limits the number of people who can register per day..how can i disable this?
i dont see this option anywhere.

It doesnt exists in Forumotion...

What we got is an option to limit how many accounts can be created through the same IP (to avoid double accounts and so)

So, that person cant register because he probably has another account created, and you have the limit setted to 1
