There's an RSS Feed which I want to use for my forum.

The idea is to have these News Feed blogs from the official site converted to threads for my forum automatically.

Right there is no way to import information from other sites to your forum automatically. The only think i can think of is putting your blog url in a iframe and incorporating to your forum somewhere.
