Moderator showing up wierd
I promoted one of my moderators to Admin and suddenly it lists her as the ONLY moderator for every single forum. This obviously looks like some kind of takeover to the members but really it's a design or layout problem. How do I make it so that it only says "Moderators" instead of "Moderator: Member Name" ?

Being your using a phpBB3 version, template editing is out of your options. It might be possible via javascript coding (?)i would image and Dion might be able to help with that.
If the promoted is still listed as a mod, then remove their name from the mod group list. Admins have control of moderating anyhow. If list of moderators is lengthy, just remove option to view mods(until you find permanent solution)
ACP>Display>Structure/Hierarchy>Under Hierarcy field you'll see "display forum mods"..click "no">save

PHPBB3 doesn't have a possibility to edit templates.
Either your admin changed them all or this is really glitched.
If you want to make it a usergroup name, go to each forum and check the usergroup box to make a group able to edit.
