What exactly does this mean: Support: No Support via PM.?
Is it that we're not allowed to help others via pm? Or just ..it's there so others won't bug us via pms?

Yes, your not supposed to provide support by PM's.
While i agree with the rule in a way, i also think, what we do in private messages are nothing to do with them. They are exactly that, 'private'

Hi!
Please read this topic: https://help.forumotion.com/t2510-rectification-on-support-via-pm
It states that support can and should be done in the support section. Of course, we can't enforce this rule completely as LGforum has said, whatever goes on through PMs is 'private'. However, the new profile field is there to remind users that support needs to be done in the support section.
There are good reasons as to why support should be done in the support forum. Firstly, if all support was to be done in PMs then there would be no need for a 'support forum' and it does not allow other users to contribute. Secondly, the solution of someone's problem may be the solution of another person's problem.
I hope you understand!

Got it. Although I'd like to ask one more thing: I've offered some help to users creating multi forums in one for them and I've asked forauser with admin panel access, is this against the rules aswell then? I haven't misused the access.

Its up to the user whether or not they want to trust you with ACP access, not the staff here.

There is no 'rule' as far as I know about asking for admin access if it's for the purpose of support. Can we consider this question solved then?
