[Solved] Parts Of Forum Not Changing!!

Recently Parts Of My Forum Are Not Changing:

1. The Background Won't Change.
2. The Forum Size Won't Change.
3. The Banner Will Not Center.
4. The Navigation Bar Will Not Center.

Ive Tried Everything On All Of These!, I'm Beginning To Believe That My Admin Panel Has A Few Bugs!

Any Help?, Please!!

To change the background of your forum, go to your admin panel>styles>list of pictures>upload your background image with your host>save. Try using www.imageshack.us to upload your image for free.

To center your banner, go to your admin panel>styles>headers>choose center on the logo positioning option>save. If this doesn't work, see the quotes of Raph95 below:

Than create a logo with exact size and make it looks like it's always in center

Like here on this Forum. Look up on banner. It's exactly like the size of topics, all margins goes in line. Now they maybe put it on the left, but it's the same size as everything, so it just looks like it's on center. You know what do I mean?

Ive Already Centered The Banner And Changed The Back Ground, See When I Go To Change The Background It Changes To What I Enter, But In The Actual Forum It Won`t Change!
