RSS Grafitti Empty RSS Grafitti

Does any one know how to you rss grafitti? I have gotten it to work but it won't display a lot of my images on my facebook page. I also have a subforum created that does not show correctly when I enter the url in rss graffiti. I know this is their problem but they have terrible customer service and I was hoping someone here could help.
