Help with 'New Tab' text

Hello, I would like to ask a question about the text appearing in the upper tab of my forum. When I open a New Tab and then open my forum address, I see the text: Free forum : JDMinScale. Is there a setting where I can replace the text appearing there? I have searched through the Administration Panel and found nothing that could alter this description. Can you help me please?
